Leading in a community organisation can be complex! This training programme develops your skills, knowledge and confidence to manage the people, money, projects, and stakeholders, whilst still driving results. So, no more second-guessing yourself…

This course is now being offered on-line over October and November 2020 and will consist of self- directed learning, small group work and zoom virtual workshops. Topics are explored in the context of your community and organisation. and you will have plenty of opportunities to also identify the areas of interest and development that particularly apply to you. Matt Dagger from Kaibosh in Wellington talks about the value of having his team attend this Training Programme

“This course has been inspirational in terms of focusing me on what kind of leader I want to be; to do more things deliberately, and under high pressure; taking time to reflect and to focus. Lots of the frameworks help with this, as well as being more proactive in reflective practice. It makes me feel like it is possible to be more intentional about how I lead and work.”

- Melissa Ansell-Bridges, National Secretary, NZCTU, learning cohort 2020

“I had thought I am the only one thinking this way – its been good to hear that we are all in the same boat and facing similar challenges [as leaders].”

- Suzie, General Manager, learning cohort 2020
