The Board Builder series is for people who have not yet completed governance training, are new on their Boards or are aspiring Board members.

On these virtual, live workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on Boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not-for-profit organisation.

Participants receive a certificate on completing five out of the six sessions in each series. Sign up for the series of six workshops for $295 plus GST, or $59+GST for each session.

Board Builder #2: Foundation of a Successful Partnership

This second Board Builder session will focus on getting the balance right in the all-important governance-management partnership. You will get clarity on who does what and where the lines of responsibility fall. We’ll also explore the officer roles such as Chairperson, Secretary and Treasurer and what each of those roles entails.
