The Board Builder series is for people who have not yet completed governance training, are new on their Boards or are aspiring Board members.

On these virtual, live workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on Boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not-for-profit organisation.

Participants receive a certificate on completing five out of the six sessions in each series. Sign up for the series of six workshops for $295 plus GST, or $59+GST for each session.

BOARD BUILDER #4: Hooking The Good Ones

So much of your organisation’s mission and vision relies on having the right people on your team. This is number four of six sessions for new Board members and will look at attracting, and keeping, the right people to your Board. Who do you need? How do you get them? And once you’ve found a suitable new recruit how to induct them successfully. We’ll also take a closer look at Board development and what sort of commitment Board members should have to upskilling their own governance abilities.
