On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.

So much of your organisation’s mission and vision relies on having the right people on your team. In this workshop we will cover recruitment and retention of the right people to your Board. We will show you how to evaluate and up skill your Board members’ own governance abilities.
