Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.

On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.

Your time is precious, so in this online workshop we’ll be taking a closer look at meetings and ways to ensure they’re relevant, focused and productive. Discover how to create agendas that drive results, and ways to improve your board meeting’s process to fast-track decision making and make the most of the intelligence around the table.

Participants receive a certificate on completion of six or more sessions in the Governance Bytes Series 2022. Book a single session for $69 +GST, or sign up for six or more and receive a 10% discount.

Enrolled participants may substitute another member of their organisation if they can’t attend.
