Developing A Personal Leadership Philosophy

Looking to build your leadership effectiveness?

Join us for an online course to develop your personal leadership philosophy.

Our leadership philosophy is our personal mission statement of who we want to be as a leader or manager.

Our leadership philosophy is essentially our belief system that guides our behaviours and our decision-making. It consists of our core principles, perspectives, and values, all of which determine who we are as a leader. Everything we do, everything we say, or every action we take is filtered through our philosophy. Therefore, if we are to effectively lead others,  we need to understand what our philosophy is, and to be able to communicate this clearly.

This online course is for new or experienced not for profit managers and leaders who are seeking to build other leadership skills, knowledge and confidence
