The Board Builder series is for people who have not yet completed governance training, are new on their Boards or are aspiring board members.

On these virtual, live workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on Boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not-for-profit organisation.

Participants receive a certificate on completing five out of the six sessions in each series. Sign up for the series of six workshops for $295 plus GST, or $59+GST for each session.

Board Builder #1: Know Your Numbers

This is the fifth of six online sessions for those new to governance. In this workshop we will be focused on finances, with advice on how to read your Board’s Financial Report, what to look out for and what to ask questions about. We will also explore who is responsible for what, as well as accountability, monitoring and controls.
