LEAD’s Aly McNicol is delivering this practical workshop in association with Grow. Over the course of the two morning workshops leaders will learn the tools and skills needed to adopt a coaching mind-set. You will learn how to avoid common pitfalls when coaching, and well as strategies for dealing with difficult situations or conversations.

This workshop will also provide strategies for dealing with toxic personalities - those 5% of the workplace whose difficult personalities cause 95% of the problems.

There will be the opportunity to solve a real and current problem you may be facing at work by applying the tools and skills during the workshop process.
