Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation

On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.

BEING THE BOSS

Central to the success of any not-for-profit or community group is its leadership, in particular the relationship between the board and manager. The board has responsibilities as an employer. This workshop will give you strategies, ideas and confidence to manage your manager successfully including conducting performance reviews and have conversations around accountability.

Enrolled participants may substitute another member of their organisation if they can’t attend.
