Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.
PAINTING THE BIG PICTURE
Blue sky thinking is crucial to governance. A board’s role is to create a strategic vision for its organisation and stay focused on it. This workshop in our Governance Bytes series will ask what strategy looks like in the real world; how to think strategically and how you can make a greater impact by leading with strategy.
