Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.
Hooking The Good Ones
So much of your organisation’s mission and vision relies on having the right people on your team. This session of the Governance Bytes Series 2022 will look at attracting, and keeping, the right people to your Board. Who do you need? How do you get them? And once you’ve found a suitable new recruit how to induct them successfully. We’ll also take a closer look at Board development and what sort of commitment Board members should have to upskilling their own governance abilities.
