On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.

CULTIVATING THE RIGHT CULTURE

In this workshop in our Governance Bytes series we’ll look at how to create a positive, productive team culture on your board. What are the dynamics on your board? How do you manage the individual personalities to ensure you’re operating as one unified collective, but where people are able to contribute, speak their mind and be accountable?
