Governance Bytes are a series of workshops where we take a dive into topics relevant for those who are on a board or wish to be on a board of a community / not for profit organisation.
On these live, online workshops with LEAD NFP governance experts you will learn with and from others on boards, ask relevant questions and apply what you are learning in the real world of your not for profit organisation.

The March workshop in our Governance Bytes 2022 series will look at the importance of building diversity on boards and offer you tools and processes for creating and keeping a board with a diverse range of members. What does good governance look like when seen through multiple world views and experiences?

Participants receive a certificate on completion of six or more sessions in the Governance Bytes Series 2022. Book a single session for $69 +GST, or sign up for six or more and receive a 10% discount.

Enrolled participants may substitute another member of their organisation if they can’t attend.
