From providing you with a fresh perspective on collaboration, to addressing your own unique situation, this workshop will equip leaders in non-profit and community organisations with the knowledge skills, and resources necessary for to build effective collaborations with other organisations.
LEAD’s own Garth Nowland-Foreman will facilitate this session hosted by Volunteer Marlborough.
Participants in this workshop will acquire a framework and tools that you can take back to your organisation to ensure that your collaborations are a success.
Topics covered include: Types of collaborative relationships; Building a collaborative culture; Connecting with organisational strategy; Barriers to collaboration; and Skills for collaboration.
